Phone service was absolutely non existent and unacceptable

If you're looking for a specific product and would like specified customer service over the phone, CERTAINLY DON'T TRY CALLING THIS PLACE. They are not helpful over the phone at all, unfortunately. Uselessness comes in all scents and sizes. This place has lost my business more than once in recent history.
