These authorities periodically re-assess tax rates and applicable laws. While it’s true we have increased our prices by about 25 cents per gram, we have done so to partially defer the rising cost of producing marijuana in an industry with constantly increasing tax and production expenses. As per the same aforementioned regulations, we do not publish “post-tax” numbers here on WeedMaps because we are not allowed to. We publish “pre-tax” numbers on our online menus as required, and this may have led to some confusion for you – we’re sorry if this is the case!
