Substituted two items without my consent and without even telling me. Over the phone it sounded intentional (they were out of my item), but over text they claiedm it was an acci

I ordered some flower and three one gram Stiizy pods. I got the flower and three pods ... but all three pods were half the amount I ordered, 0.5G (and they were for a different flavor also). When I called them to complain they refused to either send me replacements or refund my money unless I drove all the way to their store. These people are fraudsters: you can't just substitute 1G pods for 0.5G ones!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I ordered 3x Stiizy cartridges, and all three were 1 gram. When I got my order I got three cartridges, but it the wrong kind ... and they were only 0.5G!!! Then, I complained, and they refused to refund me and offered only a $15 credit. After I complained more, they offered a full refund, but only if I drove down to their store (half an hour away ... I ordered it delivered to my home). These people are shady as hell: they will sell you one thing, deliver another, and then treat you like the bad guy and make you spend your gas to fix things. Do not shop at Purple Lotus unless you want to be cheated!

I bought a Stiizy battery (and other stuff) from Caliva. The battery was defective, so I went on to their website and (weirdly/awkwardly) "filed a ticket". They waited two days to respond, then told me I only had three days to return it, and had to do it in person! They refused to deliver a replacement, and I had work, so I gave a 1-star review. *Eventually* they changed their mind, and sent me a coupon for a replacement, but then the site's minimum $ prevented me from ordering. I emailed the back, had to call the manager, and then FINALLY they delivered a working battery! (2-star upgrade) In short, buy from Caliva if you don't mind the stuff you buy (not even pot, just electronics!) being garbage, and them making it incredibly difficult to replace it. In contrast, I once had a similar situation happen with Bento, and they replaced my product the same day, by delivery!
