The staff at Canna West is the absolute best! Online ordering is super quick and easy, not to mention they have three happy hours every day to fit everyone’s schedules. Prices are phenomenal and the service is even better. We don’t go anywhere else for our goods!

Quick service, but disappointed that the taxes weren’t given as my final total over the phone, I found out once my driver got here and had to pay an extra $50+

My husband and I placed an order around 8:15 for a single topical item that I use for back pain. By about 9:30, I hadn’t received a text that it was ready so I called them but their # was out of service?? I’m totally out of my topical and didn’t want to chance not getting it, so I headed down there to arrive before closing. Arrived at 9:50 and the security guard tells us they closed at 9:45, despite me having placed an “express” order and trying to call, not to mention the hours of operation state they’re open until 10pm. Three minutes after I walk away, they have the audacity to mark the order as cancelled and sent me a text. If you want great customer service, don’t go here because clearly they don’t care about servicing their patients in need.

The budtenders are consistently the nicest and most knowledgeable of any regular dispensary I shop at. I go out of my way to drive 40 mins here on a sat/sun to take advantage of their 20% Stiiizy items. Natalie is the sweetest and even walked me back inside to make sure my last purchase was charged correctly on the B2G1 on the BIIIT edibles, and she made wonderful recommendations on what to get. A fantastic and consistent selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and vapes and a great environment!!
