This native roots location is a decent little dispensary. For what Longmont has to offer at the moment it’s the best in town. The bud tender Alex he’s real Nice and knowledgeable about the product it seems like he takes the time outside of work to study about what he’s doing. Prices are on par with what you’d expect around here. Quality is in the in the middle. I’d like to get the pre-rolls just because it’s quick and convenient they have a really really good price on them. It seems like they have diversified and Gotten a wide variety of concentrates that they didn’t have before.

The bud tenders here are always chill and knowledgeable about their products. The prices are really good too and occasionally they have some pretty good deals on Weedmaps.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews of this dispensary, and am left wondering how this could be. I have had nothing but positive times here. the staff is very helpfull, the products are always great and the prices can't be beat. I have worked in retail and customer service/ hospitality for 20 years and Terrapin staff exemplifies great service! One thing I do know from 2 decades of that type of service industry...bad customers get bad service. so if you had a bad time here, take a hard long look at what type of customer you are.
