Driver Alex was knowledgeable regarding when “cashless” option would again be available - As I was not informed that my online Order was to be cash only due to (down credit machine). This would have been a waste of time and gas. Resulting with a disappointed customer and probably driver. I was also able to choose the “cashless” option for payment - with no alerts indicating this option was Not Available.
