That said, our service model is quite the opposite of "bait and switch". In fact, it's not only a dispensary policy, but also a STATE LAW that we are required to package up every single purchase in an approved and SEALED child-proof bag. It is not optional. In regards to the shatter being melted and displaced, that can definitely happen in transit, especially due to changes in temperature. However, we store all shatter in a cooled environment until the point of purchase to ensure the product is presented to you as intended.
