I’m a regular and I love this place but today I dealt with Michael R. And that experience was trash he was rude took more time explaining a company policy”which wasn’t a real one with my situation” then it would’ve just to grab the item which he ended up grabbing because he was wrong and it was a glitch in the system, and he knew that, but he was lazy and didn’t wanna grab the product, so after explaining him and showing him and getting approval from a manager which he didn’t even need to verify, he knew he grabbed the product with a giant attitude. I never leave reviews because it’s technically a waste of time for me, but this man shouldn’t be in the weed industry if he’s gonna be lazy, rude, and highly unprofessional.
