Constantly advertise inventory that they don't have.

I would like to thank Ian and Crystal for taking care of an issue that was brought to their attention. I really appreciated to PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL attention to showed to my issue. I really felt appreciated again as a customer! Again, thanks for showing excellent customer relations skills. You guys rock! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I'm someone on the outside coming in. However, when I ask to speak with a supervisor higher than a desk clerk I should be able to do that. I really have a different outlook of this dispensary at this point. I feel if you want to speak with someone of a higher status you should be able to at any time. Been with them for 5 years. Hopefully they can train their workers, when a customer ask for upper supervisor they can give them that and not state that they are when the customer know better.

I use to be a very big fan of this place. Now it seems as if everytime you go there they have the same premature buds. They always have new budtenders and that deters me because I don't know if I can trust what they are saying or doing. I com here almost daily and recently I went there and one of the new budtenders didn't put a bag of my bud in my bag. I came back the next day and mentioned it to another budtender that has been there for a while. Her response was "Oh that's to bad", not let me see what I can do to make that up to you. I wish they could go back to the inventory and staff they had about 18mths to 2+ years ago, or get someone who is going to keep their shelves stocked with good and quality buds like they did back then.
