I was told by the mmcc I would receive my approval today and when I didn't have it by 2:30 I saw Angela Awuah with no approval in sight. Even without the application number she saw me and cancelled a personal activity to do so. I obtained the application number while she was out of office and even off the clock Angela immediately recorded my certification and I was getting relief within minutes. Seeing Angela could not have been more easy or quick. Great experience. Found out about a ton of other services she offers for times when you can't get I to a doctor and urgent care isn't necessary. Would see again for sure!
