The transaction was so fast/trouble-free it ended up taking less time than ordering on-line.

Had a hard time receiving my order as I submitted my order at 3p.m. or so but had to wait until 8 pm and that went to 8:30 and then spend a half an hour retrieving my non-English speaking driver from the parking lot which isn't fun when you have RA and it's 50 degrees outside. His English improved quick enough when it came time to collect though. For some reason these companies either seem to forget, or don't care that they have to learn the language and the geography of their customers - not the other way around.
