Been coming here for a few years. Really disappointed as of late with the inconsistency of management. No one ever seems in as much of a rush to help as they do to negate accountability. Nice staff but really bad when it comes to conflict resolution. ✌🏻

I purchased an oil cartridge a few days ago that started malfunctioning about half way through its use. I came in and told an employee by the name of Sorayda. I said I didn’t want a refund, just wanted to inform them of the bad cartridges. She went out of her way to check with her manager, apologized to me about the wait & came back with a brand new oil cartridge FREE of charge!!! SORAYDA, YOU THE REAL MVP!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 This was so refreshing as a customer. It’s nice to know it’s not just about the money. This wonderful person was all pro & made a huge difference in my Christmas Spirit. Thanks again!

It's legit. They are really helpful and have a great selection. Love this location

Only complaint I have is that they don't open until 10am. Other than that this is a great place. Very knowledgeable and professional

Other than price savings I'm starting to wonder why I use my medical card. They are out of what I want now. The rec line goes faster than the patient line. Way faster. The staff is amazing and so helpful. But the system is messed up. Hope it changes soon

Only dispensary I know of that's on the strip. They don't charge strip prices though which makes it a must stop anytime I come down here

Raising the prices on the patient community is nothing short of criminal. But these folks try to soften the blow with a discount and a good smile.

Great place to go to to beat the heat and get a great deal. Great service and products. Wish they opened a little earlier but it's worth the wait!

Loving these new late hours. Really convenient for after work. However I'm not thrilled about the store opening later. It's important to stay late but it is equally important to open early

By itself Essence is already a premier dispensery. Mix that with these hours and it is now one of my favorites. I always find it amazing Las Vegas yet all of these shops close so early, not this one! Thank you!

The selection alone makes the trip worth t. Everyone that works here seems to be highly educated on cannabis. If I ever have a question they are always quick to give me an answer or help me find the answer. The facility is also very clean. Add all of that up and like I said, it's well worth the trip

I just moved but still come by here. The staff is solid and they carry all the canabiotix I enjoy. Glad to see this store growing as well. Very friendly

This is far and away the best dispensary in town. The prices are unbeatable and the staff always goes out of there way to save me as much money as possible while maximizing my quality. The atmosphere is what I would think every dispensary should strive for. It's fresh, clean, fun yet responsible. A+

I like the staff here. The buy one get one $1 texts can be misleading but overall good place. Worth the trip
