I’ve placed online orders three times now only to arrive and be told that they can’t find my order and they are sold out on the items I had on it. Grow West has always been Top Notch but it seems with competition in town they have stopped caring about customers anymore. BTW the suggestion of the bud tender was to call the order in next time. Unfortunately as I told him, the phone seems to be busy every time I call. GW step up your game!

I LOVE this dispensary! First of all the young lady at the front desk was so lovely, friendly, and helpful. She helped me to get started. Then once inside I had two of the most excellent young ladies to help me sort all of it out. They gave me information about getting started and what I would need to and need not do. They answered EVERY question that I had. Their recommendations were amazing! They offer some great specials and discounts. Your first 3 visits are 20% off. AMAZING! Thank You ALL at ZEN!!! KUDOS!

One of the cleanest and well displayed dispensaries I’ve seen. The associate that I worked with was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He along with several of the other staff including the assistant manager and manger all were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Prices were good and with some of the discounts it even made the bill a bit better. In this economy we need all of the help we can get. This experience made this my “go to store”. KUDOS! What a great team. 🥰

From the time I entered the door we were treated with care and help. From the security guards to the dispensary agents, the staff were excellent! I highly recommend the pre rolls. Well done! KUDOS to Grow West and their staff!
