Amazing service as always!

Bad experience ordering from this place. Terrible customer service, the driver was rude and unprofessional, discount stated free delivery but upon arrival they tried to charge us more on the order due to a “delivery fee”, never ordering from here again!

If I can put a 0 star I would. When I spoke with their customer service, they were helpful at the beginning, but quickly turned extremely rude. The delivery driver ignored my messages, and I was left waiting for almost an hour before I heard back from anyone. After that, it took nearly another 2 hours for my order to arrive. Each time I asked for an ETA, they kept changing it first 55-65 minutes, then adding more time again. In total, I waited almost 4 hours for a delivery that was advertised as local. When I asked where they were located, it turned out to be in a completely different city. When the order finally arrived, the driver tried to charge me more than the total listed on Weedmaps, claiming it was a delivery fee even though the store clearly states free delivery with a qualifying order. After disputing it, they finally accepted the correct amount from the app. However, the driver then insisted I give him a tip, which felt extremely unprofessional and pushy Never again!!

Best service hands down! My go to spot
