I was told my delivery would get here at 10:40pm and the driver didn’t arrive until 11:20 pm and that’s only because I had to reach out and ask if my order was still active. I always tip Frosty and the one day I had exact change the delivery driver gives attitude? I’ve been loyal to them since they opened. Be prepared to wait a long time and to give them a good tip!

I was told my order would be delivered in 30-60 minutes but I placed my order at 7pm and I got a call and 9pm saying it wasn’t going to be there until 10:30pm. I was so upset that I was not told about the wait time I ended up cancelling the order. These people do not communicate very well and even after I cancelled continued to harass me by texting my phone.

Honestly I have ordered from this shop more then once and i am disappointed in the customer service .they took so long to deliver my order and they kept telling me they were outside not only that I had to go to work so they actually pulled up to my job which was down the street so I had to not only wait but I had to take the time out of my work to literally go outside because the driver kept blowing me up im really irritated I cant get a refund
