We understand your frustration, but do our best to manage the flow of people in and out. It's not a matter of being slow, but trying to ensure we're providing a thoughtful experience. We have a lot of first-time visitors and we want to ensure they are educated on the products and effects—this can take time. We never want to rush visitors in the store. Our pre-order system can reach capacity multiple times during the day and it is shut off periodically for the team to catch up, it is normally turned back on within a few minutes.
