I see some complaints of waiting on here and on Leafly but had time so thought I'd check it out. I'm recreational user. First, med card holders went straight in, kudos. Preorder line was small, 6 at most, recreational line about 25 - 30. Line went faster than I thought it would and inside they had up to 15-20 total staff that I could see, each giving each client their full, quick, knowledgeable attention. SMEs, subject matter experts. I doubt that any other shop I've been to could have handled that volumn of clientele any better, and probably not at all. Handing high volume is a great problem to have and fun to remediate since that means growth so good luck guys. Having to wait sometimes pays off as it does here. Ah the days of having to wait hours or days to hear from your "friend" to get your bud. Would happily stand in line for an hour to buy legally instead. Oh, and top notch products, got high.

Came from out of state was my favorite shop out of the 5 i hit and great people great product!!!

looked class from the outside w an orderly line and ample parking but on Friday @2pm the line went from the front of the shop to the sidewalk and down the sidewalk. It was moving remarkably fast but it was also 90 degrees outside so I bailed. I hope next time I make it jnside and Ill amend my review accordingly ;) a couple weeks later & I suffered the 1+ hour line. totally worth it. once inside things moved fast, purchase limits were high (state limits) and prices were a little cheaper than the recreational dispensaries to the north. really awesome.

Tips: sign up for pre-order so you don’t have to wait in line. This will also let you see all of the strains they have available for the day. Incredibly clean and well stocked store with amazing staff! I did my transaction with Chip and she was so nice and knowledgable. I will definitely be going back here from now on!

Nestled is Great Barrington surrounded by food choices hiking and culture, Theory Wellness is a customer service oasis. Every minute I was in line was matched by having all my questions answered and feeling comfortable with my purchase. All I can say is the quality of the flower was equal to the kindness they showed me. I guess they've been open since January but act like long time professionals. Thanks Theory you guys ROCK!

What’s not to love about Theory Wellness? I’ve watched them make the jump from medical to recreational and since then, they’ve expanded the variety of strains. The lines can be a little long, but that’s because the bud tenders take their time explaining strains to customers, answering any questions that come along, and showing customers the product. I particularly enjoy some of the strains they get in from Good Chemistry and also Theory’s Jilly Bean. If you are able to make the trip out here, please go.

The price isn't bad for what you get especially since it just became legal. I feel like when I went they were lacking in the sativa department, I would have liked a pure sativa cartridge and they only carried a hybrid and a few indica strains. It's a clean, modern looking and organized shop. I would definitely go there again.

Best bud, extracts, cartridges, you name it. The wait can vary from 20 minutes to 3.5 hours, so plan accordingly.

I stopped by Theory on a Wednesday morning and they had between 10-15 employees on hand helping customers & managing the heavy demand! How many other dispensaries invest that much into their staff and infastructure? I can't think of many.

Super impressed. Great staff and product worth the wait even if you get there really early just have some patience. I believe Axel Rose once said that.

I love going to Theory any chance I am able. I just got diagnosed with Osteoporosis and 8 spinal fractures and Theory really helps me stay away from painkillers best I can. from the Amazing staff and Manager to the beautiful flower to amazing concentrates and carts. I could not recommend it enough to anyone reading this or anyone I talk to!! Thank you Theory and all the Staff and the Manager your all really appreciated.

Store was clean and well set up. My budtender was a upbeat young lady of asain decent(she knew her stuff keep her around).. The vibe was on par with that of dispensaries I have visited out west as well as some I've patronized in Canada.. so keep up the good work. and as far as cons, packaging is bulky and all plastic(kills the hippie in me) i know its a legal thing. And a bit pricey but the market will eventually even that out. Two thumbs up for Theroy wellness

been twice, both times had about an hour wait outside which us to be expected right now. They had heaters to help ease the cold for the front portion of the line which is a nice consideration. the bud tenders are helpful and patient and the products are potent and clean. The go pen is also quite nice for the price. Drip carts are a bit harsh but the house CO2 carts are flavorful and pretty strong. Definitely a must try location. Thanks for being so awesome Theory staff...especially the dude running the door outside all day!
