Hello JoeGCoronaCa, we would like to apologize for your recent experience. We understand your frustration however in the state of California, legal cannabis consumers pay the confusing sum of: State excise tax: 15% Local cannabis business tax: Ranges from 0 - 15%, depending on jurisdiction State sales tax: Combination of California's base rate, 7.25%; plus local base rate; plus district rate--which can push the state sales tax above 10% As far as our FTP discounts, they only only qualify for a customers first four visits. Although, we do offer a 25% off discount to returning customers that refer a friend that have never visited any of the Haven stores before! We hope to see you again soon!

Hey JoeGCoronaCa- We appreciate you voicing your concern, comments like these are what enable us to make improvements in our business and to ensure total customer satisfaction! With that being said we did have to add some fine print to FTP promotion since our initial discount cards did not mention any exclusion, we are sorry that you were affected by that change BUT please note we still have tons of deals you can take advantage of, including new ones in store- added daily! Feel free to visit the “deals” section on our website catalyst-cannabis.com to stay up-to-date on promotions.

The menu maintenance is something we're working on. Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the less than satisfactory experience.
