Disappointed

Came in the am to pick up tarantula legs, catus cones and an edible 5/40 wanting 10 total. Double checked with bud tender that I got enough he said yes I get home and only have 8 total. Isn’t the first time this has happened at this location very disappointing when double check as you can’t open the sack before you leave it’s stapled closed . Not sure I’ll go back like I said this isn’t the first and I stop going for months then give them a try again. I won’t be doing that again! And maybe you should take the time to read emails and listen to customers.

Very sorry to hear this. We would have liked the opportunity to make it right. People make mistakes. Its very disappointing when someone messes up your order, but it would have taken just as mucj effort to email us at ilikebigbudstoo@gmail.com as it did to write this review. I really wish you would have emailed us after the first time, so maybe i could narrow down which budtender it was. Again if there is ever an issue, we always respond at ilikebigbudstoo@gmail.com. Anyone who took the time to read this can have bogo half off cactus cones or tarantula legs valid through 7/29/20. Must show budtender only limit is your legal limit thanks!!

This place is simply the best. The staff are alert and listen to what you want. They have never sold me anything I haven’t asked them for! There isn’t many places like this!
