I've been going to Big Buds in Owasso for 2+ years now. It was the only place I would go in Owasso. They had a "great" loyalty program. Five months ago they said there was a mixup with my card and they had been putting my purchases on someone else's account. So they said they fixed it. The next time I went in, they said there was a problem with my account. I had no reward points now. I was sitting at over 10,000 prior to this. Over the last 4 months, they have taken my info on three different occasions and said "well figure out what is going on". I went in today with receipts showing what my points total should be, 15,000+ at that point and their system showed I had less than 2000 points. The manager checked their system. He acknowledged that this was their error and I should have had more points than what I showed. **Update** Big Buds reached out and offered a resolution. I've adjusted the review to 3 stars. Thank you
