I've been going to Big Buds in Owasso for 2+ years now. It was the only place I would go in Owasso. They had a "great" loyalty program. Five months ago they said there was a mixup with my card and they had been putting my purchases on someone else's account. So they said they fixed it. The next time I went in, they said there was a problem with my account. I had no reward points now. I was sitting at over 10,000 prior to this. Over the last 4 months, they have taken my info on three different occasions and said "well figure out what is going on". I went in today with receipts showing what my points total should be, 15,000+ at that point and their system showed I had less than 2000 points. The manager checked their system. He acknowledged that this was their error and I should have had more points than what I showed. **Update** Big Buds reached out and offered a resolution. I've adjusted the review to 3 stars. Thank you

First time visiting. Great selections and a spacious layout. Atmosphere and Bud Tenders were both laid back and knowledgeable. Definitely will be a place to stop by and visit whenever we are near.

I just recently moved here and I was really hesitant about finding a new home store. I walked in and this place immediately made me feel welcomed. I walked in to smiling faces and so many choices!!!! I’ve seen the negative reviews and I don’t know how anyone could ever say anything negative about the employees!!! My only complaint is that I had a pre roll that was packed super tight but it was an easy fix!!! I will forever shop at Big Buds, y’all are awesome! 💕

Why, you ask? I could say it’s because their buds are awesome. I could say it’s cause their selection is beyond incomparable to other places. Could say it’s cause you’ll save money. But really? The peeps. Maddie is the definition A1 sauce; aka the best. Whitney is A+ fam. Pretty sure I got this one dude to be my new texting buddy, will update with his name when we get to that stage. All in all, throw your money at these people and they WILL get you high and also make you laugh and feel at home all at the same time. First time customer; will come back. 12/10 do recommend

I didn’t get my budtenders name but she was super helpful and recommended a great flower for migraines (Night Nurse!!) and it was on sale. Also picked up some edibles at an awesome price. Will definitely be back.
