I waited a week to post this to make sure I wasn't over reacting. However I had the worst experience ever in 2yrs with a med card in the springs. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Sales technique for a first time customer only guarantees for you never to Want to go back. I had every intention on walking out and never going back. However when asked me as I was leaving what the issue was and I tried to calmly explain he walked off like a child slamming the door. Like why ask me?? I didn't offer my opinion. Hopefully the owner's look into this because maybe then you will stop having a empty parking lot. I live 8 mins from your shop and I choose to drive 20 mins to the other med only dispensary because they seem to understand the importance of GOOD customer service.
