these guys supposedly have a worldwide delivery service it is a scam once they took my order and my money. I was contacted by the freight company and told that I would need to pay an additional $350 in freight insurance to guarantee delivery of my product. After not getting my product I contacted the freight company with at least 40 emails before I finally got an email back stating that my package has gotten lost these guys are a complete rip off scam artist and you guys are going to get to eventually meet me in person. Believe me you fucked up when you ripped me off.... I believe the whole thing is a scam so I have turned you guys into the DEA the FBI department of homeland security as well as DHS. If you want to be legit be legit don’t be ripping people off motherfuckers fucking losers...

Man I been to a lot of these dispensaries and they are not even close to best budz. My eyes are watery and hazy to the point where I have to squint while I'm writing this article. The lunar kush this batch= insane. BubblegumxLarry= intoxicating, Louie the thirteenth= couchlock, high 25= tasty. Every strain they have is properly grown and cured. I am telling you some good stuff. I promise you won't be disappointed. The best potency in the springs.
I have been using this dispensary for a year now and absolutely love it. The buds are very dense cured perfectly. Staff has actually become friends over time. They are knowledgeable and never steerd us wrong. The prices are average, but they have so many deals each month it makes up for it. Remember to wear your Best Budz shirt when you go in for a preroll :D
My dispensary was short on anything good I require a strong indica and I stopped in to get some bud from best buds again and I was happy with it
I won't ever go back. There's so many dispensaries in this town they really shouldn't be as cocky as they are. There are knowledgeable and friendly but tenders there but they are rare. I believe the manager is the one that's so rude. I love hearing that I'm not the only one who had a bad experience there because I really don't complain that often but she sure made me mad. There are four dispensaries around best buds try one of those native roots has some pretty good deals. And they are very friendly I feel like I want to just join them because of how friendly they are. Funny thing how customer service can really ruin or make an experience for you. Maybe the owner will get a clue I spent a lot of money there too and I won't ever be back. To bad one of their team members ruins it for the rest of them. Maybe they need to be reminded as to why they are in business it's because of patients who have to go to the doctor and get a card to purchase marijuana that's why they're in business. Maybe they should think about going into recreational marijuana then they could be as rude as they want. They really don't have a clue as to why they're selling marijuana there are people who actually use it to help their medical ailments. Get a clue
I called before heading in as a first time customer and 1. had zero of the strains I use which is alot so if you use any CBD, they don't have any strains, no Pennywise nothing CBD, then asked about Purple Kush, the person who answered the phone didn't know what that was, asked about Kong, don't have it, asked about Tangerine Dream, don't have it. They literally have nothing. Not even Wana Gummies or the heavy CBD edibles. 2. You only get member pricing on Fridays. Other then that you pay normal prices or whatever their special is that day. That gives me zero incentive to join your dispensary. 3. Customer service over the phone. I was calling about CBD, indica strains mainly because I have a serious stomach problem, the person who answered the phone didn't listen to the stuff I need and I asked what do you have I can use based off what I've told you, i got a generic list read off to me. If you're going to have that much of an attitude, don't be the front desk person because you just lost my business before I came in. Maybe get someone who listens and isn't rude which is what everyone on here is saying. I got better over the phone service with Cannibicare and the 64 Club, not only that they have great specials and all the strains and edibles Best Budz doesn't have, but they are friendly especially with new customers and actually try to help. So if you want a good even decent deal, good herb, friendly people who have knowledge on the industry they work in, this isn't the place to go. I hope the owner reads this because I spend a lot on herbs for my stomach and because your front desk chick knows nothing about her strains or what you carry and gives attitude when asked questions she should know, you lost a potential customer. I know more and have had my card for a month, it's called reading and studying. Glad I read the reviews then called only to have all those negative reviews be correct. I would suggest going to anywhere else because even at LivWell you get member pricing not people trying to scam you out of your money.
