I am a local, born and raised to this area and a member of both dispensaries. We are so blessed to have these here. I think some forget that ... Ppl come from all over 2 go 2 these dispensaries. A lot do not offer even close 2 the THC percentage that we are so used 2 or the products they carry. Alleghany is good in its own ways but Grow West gets the majority of my business. Their cheaper. The selection and variety is just better. When I became a member it was closing time- they were locking the doors. But they smiled, let me in and helped me w my order. She gave me a free t shirt and a pre roll when I left. I was smitten. 💚 Alleghany did not do anything like that. And they have some product Alleghany does not. Mostly better. Those untrimmed 8ths that get so much attention? Their worth it when your pocket is light, if you get my drift. I always check their menu 1st. Keep up the great work guys! We love you ❤

I was short on my pick up order the other day, by a couple dollars. T.J did what he could to help me use my points and paid the remainder 3$ out of his tips. He didn't have to do that but he did. This is just one example of how they care about their customers. I love them.

The only thing I do not like about the dispensary is the fact I cant use my saved up points with other running promotional customer discounts. Like the 25% off for pick up @ the drive thru. As long as that discount runs, I can't use any of my points that Ive saved since starting there. And for no real good reason. Its not like those points are recurring and I can use that 1,000 points twice in a row. It took me months to save these points thru puchases. You should be able to apply multiple discounts together. But, God forbid we get TOO much of a discount, ya feel me?

My experience couldn't be any better, each time I go. Simple and easy, its great. Keep up the great work!!

I am a new patient here, I love the staff, they are great and super friendly. I like the atmosphere and its very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I am glad they are here and they do a wonderful job. Keep up the good work!
