Apparently when another customer brings their dog into the store all the sales people get to stop working, ignore all other customers, and play with the dog. I literally stood in the online order line for over a minute while all the employees played with a customers puppy. The worst customer service I have ever received in this store! Seems like they need to stop hiring a bunch of 20 somethings that like to stand and chat and hire people that actually want to work!

As a firm believer in the "All happens for a reason", theory, I can certainly say this new location is PERFECT! I was very sad to hear you had closed down, but the new digs suite you well. Literally a one-stop-shop from papers and rigs (in the front area of store), to flower and shatter (you must have prop 215 to gain admittance to back room goodies). Ever more convenient, for those of us who live in Monterey and Marina. Better yet, there's no longer a monopoly on storefront dispensaries in Monterey County(the other place is a rip off)! Who doesnt love those poker chips! Keep on keepin on HLC!

On the rare occasion that I travel up north to get my meds, I go to CGC. Although the selection is a bit overwhelming, the staff helped guide me through the process. The prices were a bit higher than I'd originally expected. I assumed the prices would be a little less expensive than the delivery services I've been using down south, but no. I receive texts almost daily with all the amazing deals they have, I just wish I was able to get up there to take advantage of them more often. Overall, worth the drive! P.S. gotta love those adorable pups!
