tonight was my first time in your store. I got home and my 1/8th was shorted and my Wagu container was open. I am unsatisfied with what I got. customer service was good.

I was in their a few days ago and they were very busy. the staff is very friendly and gave me a pre roll and it did its job. I recommend buku.

The employees were nice and quick. My issue is I went in for the $20 ounce sale and I was not given the sale price. I was charged $25 not $20. Plus my 1/8 was not discounted The only thing discounted was the edible I got. I have never had a problem until I left and looked at the receipt.
