Plus the owner is so so sweet and if there's something they don't have, she'll order it for you! An items was not a part of a deal

I got a txt message about a specific deal, $30 oz. I called the store to see if I can mix and match.they said yes but one of the strains was not included. I didn't not find that out until after. I got to the store. I placed my order online and when I got there it wasn't ready and that when they to me a strain that I really wanted was not a part of the deal..... Lucky I had the money for the strains not included in the deal but left the store not happy because 1: I got a txt about a deal that when I found a strain I really came for it wasn't a part of the deal. 2:when I called no one told me that deal was for specific strains. 3:when I asked could the reserve my order over the phn, they said to place it online 4:after placing the order online and getting to the store my order wasn't prepared (why place the online order then?) .
