Walk in, you can walk around and see the glassware, PAX products, and utensils. The in house ordering is done off iPads, they keep it up to date. My only qualm is that you can’t see what you’re buying until you’ve paid. I know that’s most places I just wish you could see it prior to. Excellent customer service. Bouncer guys at the front are super friendly. I will be returning.

I went there last year, so this might be outdated. My opinion, they are a very quick in and out for medical. When I went, I waited an hour plus and you could only buy 1G @$20 each time. The product itself is top notch but, for the experience or convenience, I’d recommend Hatch 10/10 times.
