I just looked at your website with the menu listings and prices and I have to say the prices are ridiculously overpriced. I’m sure that’s because the recreational market is new here and from the looks of it this is only one of a few dispensaries which are pretty far apart and people who really want it are going to pay whatever they have to. However I suggest when the market becomes more competitive that you really rethink your prices. $20 for a pre roll? Really? $70 for half a gram cart? Pretty ridiculous. For anyone who is new to cannabis these prices are extremely inflated. $65 for 3.5 grams is ridiculous. I hope you’re treating your medical patients better.

Don’t trust the site! Illinois is not ready for the volume! No flower here! Check your local guy. You will have better luck!

Pulled into lot, opened rec menu on phone, clicked link at top of page, input name and number, and received a txt message 30 seconds later marking me number 27 in line. ~10 minutes later I received another text telling me to come to the store and to reply 2 if I was on my or 3 to cancel. A friendly employee was monitoring distance of people in the 10 minute wait outside. Many measures were noted to minimize clients points of contact. Doors were opened for me, employees had clients hold there IDs while inspecting them. Store access was limited and standing areas clearly marked. Two employees were operating tablets to input orders. Cashier was friendly, did not touch my id when verifying. Did note he wore nitrile gloves and was using sanitizer over them. Checked out and was in my car 28 minutes after arriving. As a caregiver for an high risk individual I appreciate everyone's effort.

don’t depend on them. They often only have expensive vapes & low grade edibles available. They’ll have leaf, but only be willing to sell to medical customers. load of crap if you’re from out of town & the stuff they have isn’t any good

No line right now

January 1st, 2020 was a huge day for Illinois, with weed finally being legalized. Every dispensary was packed to the brim. Even in the following days it was next to impossible to get in because there were just so many people. But RISE did an amazing job of keeping everything organized and moving smoothly. Everyone was so friendly as well. This is definitely my go-to place now.

Please go the other way, place is a joke. They limit you 3.5 and will not tell you that until after you are in the front door CAPITOL F.....THESE PEOPLE!! P.S only have one strain!!

I went to the dispensary today and had to raise my voice to speak to the attendant who was standing right in front of me. Why? Because there were people carrying on loud conversations behind the Sales bench that had nothing to do with selling items at RISE. Your customer service has to improve at that location. Seriously.....🤨 your customer service stinks.

Shout out to Adi he’s an awesome budtender, I had a hiccup with my order Alex cleared it right up, the customer service is top notch and the staff was awesome help, thanks also to Baker and the lady I spoke with on the phone. Nice people doing there best to make you happy. Stay safe y’all and thanks for the help.

Considering the circumstances my hat is off to them. The problem in Illinois is a severe shortage of product and for that matter, shops. I really hope it’s solved ASAP.

If you get there early you definitely wait less. Got there a little after 9am and was out in less than 30 minutes. Of course they have limited selection right now but they keep their menu updated on their website! So at least you have a heads up before you ride over.

Got there at 7am and was out the door by 7:35am. Perfect location to hit up before work. Great process they have going here, has the line moving very fast. You place your order on the IPad. Then when you get up to the counter with your ID they already have your order ready. Greatest thing ever. I am definitely coming back to this location. ALSO, THE MENU ON WEED MAPS IS NOT ACCURATE. GO ONTO THEIR WEBSITE TO SEE THE REAL MENU. DONT BE DUMB AND WRITE A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE WEEDMAPS HAS THEIR MENUS SCREWED UP

I waited from 4am-7am and it was the most fun in 10 degree weather ever. Nicest people ever. There were about 1,000 people left when I left . The prices are high but this is history. Their products were unreal. I loved the strawberry candy bar and sour deisel flower .

I have only been to the clinic twice so far. Each trip was a pleasure! The staff there are very well informed and very helpful. I was even lucky enough to meet an employee with the same issues I have. It is a very happy atmosphere and everyone is involved in your well being. They are very knowledgeable regarding their stock and what they have to help my specific needs! I will continue to enjoy my trips there. I am not an easy person to please. However, the staff at The Clinic do a great job doing so. From the first entrance to the exit door. Just a wonderful friendly experience! Thanks, Ilene Rivera

Love this place. Never once have I had any issues with them. It’s always clean, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and it always runs so smooth especially now they they have opened another side! Yes the products might be a tad bit over priced but it’s still extremely new here in Illinois. Took Colorado a few years for their weed prices to go down. Overall a wonderful place to get weed

idk what these other people are talking about the staff is so knowledgeable extremely nice and the 10% off for vets is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone keep doing amazing work
