Poor customer service. Placed an order here and because I apparently shopped here several years ago before I got my med card, I can never qualify as a new customer, and they revoked a deal that they promote on their own page. Will not be doing business with them.

So The Budtenders Were Simply Following The Rules Put In Place. Well I Appreciate You Coming Back. The Promo "New Customer" Doesn't Renew On A Yearly Basis As That Would Not Be Fair To Our Loyal Customers.

Great products and even greater people! Fraktal is by far the best dispensary is town, between an expansive ever changing menu, incredible customer service and of course, dank product, I quite literally can't go anywhere else, they've spoiled me. Smoke Nerd Weed!
