They have amazing timing and amazing product. One time I had a cart leaking out of the bottom all I had to do was send them a picture of it and they were more than happy to replace it.

Honestly i’ve had nothing but good experiences with FRAKTAL. The quality for the price is honestly hard to beat, especially compared to a lot of MA dispensaries. Staff was super friendly, pickup was quick and easy, and everything I grabbed was fresh, flavorful, and well-cured. You can tell they actually care about the product and customer experience. Definitely worth the trip to Maine and I’ll be coming back for sure
