This dispensary makes more than enough money to be properly staffed. This place is too big to only have two cashiers. Totally disgusting. Stop penny pinching us and properly staff this place!!!!!! Stop trying to keep all the money by using only one or two employees. There are at least 6 different registers in here. There is no EFFIN reason there is only two people back here. This ruins the total experience coming here and someone needs to fix it. The employees can’t call y’all out on this stupid behavior but we can and this is disgusting to have to wait this long……tighten this ish up!!!!!!

Please. Create a line just for tourists. The lines often get held up from tourists, and respectfully being said....they should get all the attention they deserve and need. It would just be a better experience if they had their own line to be able to take their time and shop at their pace and not hold up many locals who already know exactly what they want. And one more thing.....the new culture here sucks. Y’all need to bring some of the people back who y’all let go. They had a lot more personality and were a lot more knowledgeable.

I was extremely embarrassed today when I visited the shop. I come quite often, but this time I had two guests. I spoke extremely high of you guys and for me to get skipped over not once not twice but three times and even on the third time I got such a snobby look and I was intentionally skipped over and the cameras will show this experience. I got up and left with my guests as I was humiliated by this experience. I’m highly disappointed. New or not, the employees should know to treat every customer the same regardless of how they look or who they are with. We all have our own story.

I got an eighth of King Louis Xlll og and it was not good at all. Didn’t have the potency I was told it did and the taste wasn’t what I was expecting. Highly disappointed
