Costumer service is terrible. Told the lady that my wife and I were first timers. No real welcome and no showing us the lay out. Also we were looking for flower and was told all the flower in the middle. There were strains in cabinets that were not in the middle. The guy helped my wife and when she asked for recommendations between two strains, he like well this one a higher percentage. Percentage is irrelevant. True cannabis users know this. Also as a first timer I did not get anything free although they said I would. Should have checked the bag before I left.

I really like Zeus og, the taste and the high. I dislike that in the bud size they give shake which is fine but they sell small buds so would make more since to add that versus some shake. The small buds don’t have shake but the buds does so really bothersome to someone who was looking for bugs, got a lot of small bugs and shake. Some good nugs but not really “buds.”

The set up of the place is well structured. Although I can help but critique the way you wait for someone to speak to you or you find them. Only to have them take a order then leave you waiting then going to a counter to get the order. Why is it situated like this. It can easily one person that helps and get you out. Next if you have new patients, why not make sure they get the best deal, only commonsense. The atm for the payment with the card is dumb. Charge 3 something on top of that round it up to give you cash back because of the system. It looks nice yet really awful experience. I been to various dispensaries in Cali (nor, central, and so). Also with covid they had way too many people in here. Plus had a worker walk in on the phone without a mask.

Hello all Well I have gone to this club many times and i am always happy when I leave. I recently got half an oz of headband wax for 15 a gram. Wow you cant be the deal. I like to stock up and am so glad they let me. I got an oz the cheap stuff which is 170 an oz. Wow it is like top shelf for some of the other clubs in Santa Cruz. Also i got the orange crush wax, amazing high. They have prices for everyone budget. Remember they do have sale tax so bring a little extra to cover that. I would also like to give a big thanks to Canna Cruz for understanding that there are a variety of patient who have different income. Very grateful for this club keep it up.
