Disappointed to see the rewards tiers change so drastically. 900 pts used to get you a free 1/2 oz of house strains. Now 900 pts gets you an 1/8 of shake? Wow. Smh. 1750 points for a 1/4oz and 3000 points will get you $100 store credit. I’m at this dispensary weekly and never once did anyone inform me of this change. No verbal or written notice whatsoever. Your patrons deserve better customer service. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Online ordering is simple and quick. Great time saver during pre-Covid19 rules and distancing measures. I have had to often remind budtenders to enclose the current scratch offs for this months 420 perks. Overall, friendly, professional staff and a clean and organized establishment. Wish the flower was deli style as prepackaged flower is often dry. I also wish these grow companies they carry flower for would allow for bulk discounts on their flower.

I absolutely LOVE the quality of flower and their selection is always plentiful. This dispensary and location does a phenomenal job of keeping their online menus updated across all platforms which is a refreshing change compared to other dispensaries. On most occasions the wait time was a tad long but that would be my only complaint and not really a major one at that.

Been largely disappointed in the overall quality of flower during these past few months. With the departure of Abundant growers, we’ve also seen the departure of some of our favorite strains like Timewreck and Abundant OG. And while some other faves have made it to the shelf occasionally, the quality has been severely lacking. On a positive note, the new price points soften the financial blow...however if your looking for the same Nature Med quality product of months past, it’s been MIA for a while now.

How can you guys NOT have any Abundant in house flower on special for 420?? I know for me, I make 99.9% of my purchases at Nature Med and am in there 3 sometimes 4x a month and I ALWAYS buy Abundant flower...as do many people. I will always appreciate nature med not only for a great product but also for a good amount of awesome staff...however in this loyal customers opinion...the 420 specials not including your abundant strains was a huge mistake.

My absolute favorite dispensary hands down! Love the Abundant strains...love the daily deals. Also some pretty great bud tenders who understand the importance of good customer service.
