So me and my boyfriend go into local Roots all the time my boyfriend goes in and they kno him in there so instead of selling him what we usually get or sum thing close to that because money is tight theses guys go and sell him infused joints not normally what we buy so why would you do that? Why would you not sell a customer that comes in all the time something in the category of what we normally bought so now I got five joints instead of more for my money, you know what you need to learn customer service it was up to me. I would never show my face in your store ever again. Your customer service sucks you’re selling people things that they don’t want. You’re selling brands that people don’t want because you don’t care maybe all oughta take a look at yourself and start caring about what your customer wants it’s not like we’re new customers in there.
