So me and my boyfriend go into local Roots all the time my boyfriend goes in and they kno him in there so instead of selling him what we usually get or sum thing close to that because money is tight theses guys go and sell him infused joints not normally what we buy so why would you do that? Why would you not sell a customer that comes in all the time something in the category of what we normally bought so now I got five joints instead of more for my money, you know what you need to learn customer service it was up to me. I would never show my face in your store ever again. Your customer service sucks you’re selling people things that they don’t want. You’re selling brands that people don’t want because you don’t care maybe all oughta take a look at yourself and start caring about what your customer wants it’s not like we’re new customers in there. I Walked in to local roots looking for an eighth. I talked with a very helpful budtender that recommended and showed me a couple different eights. He asked if he could recommend some weed that were quarters but better quality and was a really good price. Long story short I was treated amazingly by Isaac and ended up going with his recommendation and purchasing the quater. I look forward to coming back and being served again by this budtender. Everytime I go into local roots the budtenders are really helpful they prefer alot of fire they are always stocked with new brands of everything from joints to weed to oil even new edibles I never heard of they also have good prices all around can't forget the deals they have

This is the best spot, not that I'm in a rush, but I can get in and out quickly, and their prices are the best in town. Their isn't some unnecessary pushy doorman either, which is just a small thing, goes a long way.

Went into Local Roots last week and was helped by a bg tall guy. I believe his name tag said Budtender Levi. When helping me he made me feel rushed and kept saying he was depressed which was really off throwing. I definitely feel bad for his depression but he really should not be telling customers this. Anyways if he is working there me or my family wont be back. He gave me a weird vibe and that's not what i want when i go to weed store..
