The staff at Rise is consistently friendly, from the front desk, to the budtender... always eager to please and keep it light and casual. They are so knowledgeable and provide good recommendations. They consistently review purchase history and ask how I liked it. They have long memories and will mention when something they think I'll like just came in. On the critical side, they never run discounts/specials on dry flower other than product they are pushing like FG or Harvest. Sometimes a flat 10% or something along those lines on ANY flower would be nice. Most dispensaries do this. To counteract this, their rewards points program seems fair. With discounts, you can get most everything for a good bit cheaper elsewhere. To me, their staff and excellent selection far outweighs this, but felt it was worth mentioning.

Only way a place like this stays at 4.6 is because of people like Matt who drop "Great Staff" 5 star reviews every 3 days. Again, I've consistently had a poor experience. Especially with the pricing. This will be my final review of this place as I won't be returning. I just hope people don't fall for the phony reviews out there like Mike's that inflate an artificially good impression of this place. Awful pricing, selection and pure greed. Supposed to be medicinal, but they treat it like the jewelry business. The customer facing staff is very pleasant. No offense to them whatsoever.

I can get Cinderella '99 directly from Harvest in Rockville for $45/8th... at 26% THC. Their's is 23% THC and is $65/8th. I tried to get them to match the price when I asked about this, but they wouldn't.

I've greatly enjoyed Liberty's cannabis. From their King's Kush, to there Jack Herer, to their Bubba OG... all delightful. Their recently harvested Strawberry Banana is THE BEST chill/relaxation/indica Hybrid I've had in Maryland! And I've basically had it all, from all the growers. Just top notch in every way. The store has a super friendly staff as well. Also, great pricing.
