GAS STATION DISPENSARY
Reseda, California5.0 stars
I drive the extra miles...
...to go to Gas Station rather than my local. Very nice people, the decor brightens my mood every time I go, and the house brand product is amazing. I've had their Blue Dream and this time I picked up some of their Jack Herrera. Both the price and the smoke were best of show.

Call ahead
If you're coming for a particular menu item, best to call and check first. 10/20/22--On menu=Weedsy preroll, five diff types/On shelf=Weedsy preroll, 0 types. This is my #1 complaint with all dispensaries--it amounts to a bait and switch. Maybe focus less on free tacos and more on making sure your online menus are up to date.

SIMPLY THE BEST
I have been shopping at dispensaries since there have been dispensaries. Been to a bunch of different places, but DCC is, hands down, the best in every respect. All the variety you could hope for in both brands and product types, friendly knowledgeable staff, security inside and out, easy access, excellent pricing and lots of good deals. If you haven't been here, you need to stop by and see how a dispensary is supposed to be run.

DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE (6/2020)
My original review six years ago (2014) was five stars. No more, and for one reason only: the menu. Went in tonight with two picks from the menu, same breed, different brands. "We don't have either," says the bud tender without even having to look. "But we have (other brand)--have you tried it?" I complain that the menu is wrong. "You should call first." If I have to call to find out what you have, what's the point of a menu? Now she's getting annoyed with me, because she's cute and I'm supposed to roll over and buy what she offers. Which I do, because once your in the store... It's a straight up bait-and-switch, no doubt about it. If they never take anything off the menu, they draw more customers. Once you're in the store, the odds are you're going to buy something. And the smooth way in which I was handled makes me think it's part of the business plan. Nah, my money goes elsewhere.
