The owner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right products. When I mentioned that I use cannabis to help with sleep, she recommended a gummy product and even included a sample free of charge, assuring me it would help me get some much-needed rest. She also went above and beyond when two sale items I ordered were unavailable. Instead of canceling them, she upgraded me to two better products at no extra cost. That level of customer service is rare these days. The entire experience felt personal, professional, and customer-focused. Excellent products, great communication, and exceptional service. It was my first time coming to this place. I showed up and inside is beautiful, they have such a variety. Unfortunately the ATM had just gone down when I was about to place my order. The closest ATM is about a 15 minute round trip down and back. Because of that, I was totally taken care of. My time, my gas money went a long way. Jordan was an awesome bud tender, he was working with another gentleman who both made sure to cheer me up after the bummer of running to grab cash. I’ll definitely be back. They could tell I was a little bummed after hearing the news, and made sure I left feeling valued. I absolutely did. Thank you Jordan and the rest of the staff at Two Rivers. I’ll be back!

Always perfect service when I come here. I tried a new product today and the bud tender who helped me was very aware of the product. Was helpful picking out what I needed and was extremely kind. So shout out too Ana for the help, will keep coming back

Jason! First I’ve got to mention that he alone made me want to spend more time in the store. When someone’s in spending mode, being in a store longer is a good thing. I ended up purchasing more (happily) but literally because it came natural with our conversation. His energy, etiquette is major Manager material, I’m not sure his position, but he’s got what it takes. I leave happier because I’m leaving with weed and a smile. Bella and Ashley were both extremely polite and made nice conversation when I was the only person in the club. I gave this place a chance a few weeks ago when my old place let me down with a few things after being a loyal customer almost a year. These employees, the security guard (I missed his name) will all be the reasons I come back. The products too, but sometimes you want an experience as good the product you went shopping for. That was extra she didn’t have to do and it’s appreciated so so much. You rock Madison. The place is also always clean, staffs friendly. I’ve been going to this place for quite some time, but have been going here strictly as of late. They are doing an amazing job with Covid, the social distancing. Even nasty customers that said things like “the other place I went to didn’t make us do that etc” and the staff very calmly and in an educated manner why it’s important to please keep space. Then at the checkout, Heather, started to help me with 4/20 coupons and discounts and absolutely killed it. I left beyond stoked with my order. I cannot thank them enough for the time and attention they give every customer even though there is a line. These people don’t rush, and for that, expect a small wait, but one that is totally worth it. 5 stars again and again! Heather, I hope they give you a raise!
