Hi Garrick, none of our staff has been fired except 1 individual, its quite the opposite, we've actually doubled on staff because we opened a new iLYFTED location in Studio City on Moorpark & Tujunga, since its a new store we have our experienced staff thats been with us for the longest helping out at the new location that we made 3x bigger to give easier access to our customers/patients on that side of town.. Management & Ownership would love to get in contact with you and address when this all happened so we can go over the footage, people make mistakes that happens, but nobody should argue with you, and also yelling & insulting employees is UNACCEPTABLE and we've let go of management in the past for that same instance because its not tolerable, especially in front of customers, I would like to know when this instance occurred so we can go over the camera footage and properly assess the situation. Please text (323-818-2837) because we would really like to figure out when this happened, and make sure we take care of you and show Compassion like we always do, unfortunately you can't control the way some people behave but we will always make it right :) Thank you!
