Just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for being awesome- yesterday I wasn’t able to make it earlier for the block party and was super bummed cuz I know I missed out some tacos and some locals only concentrate that i usually get when I come there.. I pulled up 9:40, checked in, and was helped by a pretty chill dude.. However- it was the dude who rang me up that really made my night and went above and beyond for me.. his name is Joe. I left feeling so stoked because he rang me up and let me know about promotions that the first bud tender did not tell me about upon asking… that’s happened a few times so the only thing I’d say is to try to make sure your bud tenders are up to date w promotions and sales.. it seems like a few ppl stay updated but besides that I’ve gotten misinformed a few times about sales.. try to post it clearly at the front as you probably already do.. ask tenders to read them daily as you guys are always having awesome sales and offers! I ended up spending more $ but it was so worth the promos in the end.. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE! (And obviously thanks Mr. Nice Guy peeps in Costa Mesa) you guys rock!

Great products, service, price wasn't too bad... and my Delivery guys name is Jacob - he was awesome.. Especially because the night before I had a terrible experience at SUPER CLINIK ... I was treated terribly, showed up to pick up online order and they wouldnt let me in and they had cancelled my order at 8 pm.. I had a full blown panic attach because of how rude the security guard was.. and esp because I needed my meds! I WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THAT id rather pay a little extra and get great service from you guys! thanks again and thank u Jacob, my delivery guy (want to make sure he gets props) for not only getting my meds to be promptly, but he turned my day around. I was stressed from the night before and he was kinda lost in my neighborhood cuz of the gps giving incorrect directions and he helped me stay calm and didn't treat me disrespectfully at all.. unlike the other place. I'm so glad I chose JADEROOM :)
