Great products, service, price wasn't too bad... and my Delivery guys name is Jacob - he was awesome.. Especially because the night before I had a terrible experience at SUPER CLINIK ... I was treated terribly, showed up to pick up online order and they wouldnt let me in and they had cancelled my order at 8 pm.. I had a full blown panic attach because of how rude the security guard was.. and esp because I needed my meds! I WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THAT id rather pay a little extra and get great service from you guys! thanks again and thank u Jacob, my delivery guy (want to make sure he gets props) for not only getting my meds to be promptly, but he turned my day around. I was stressed from the night before and he was kinda lost in my neighborhood cuz of the gps giving incorrect directions and he helped me stay calm and didn't treat me disrespectfully at all.. unlike the other place. I'm so glad I chose JADEROOM :)

Missing product

Disappointed. Three of the four products arrived but the fourth product is not something I ordered and it’s not something that I can use or will use so I would like a refund for this. What I want a refund for are the pack of joints that I ordered the pre-rolls I received a cartridge And the brand is plug and it is opened because I needed to see what it was but it’s not used I don’t even have this type of pen for this cartridge.

I was told that weedmaps is independent of the actual dispensary, therefore what the estimate is here may be inaccurate to the actual dispensary. Should you place a delivery late, the dispensary itself will reply to you, even if weedmaps has closed. Be sure you contact the dispensary directly, rather than through weedmaps.

Their order limit is too high and stupid like most order limits in general. Just needed 75 cents to hit the limit… yeah right. I’d rather take my money elsewhere than entertain this mess.

Disappointing Delivery Service

For some unknown reason their GPS always takes the driver to the WRONG address *32302*-EVERY TIME- in spite of me giving specific details in the "notes" section when I place an order. When I am notified that the driver "is outside your house", I have to explain the issue again and direct the driver to the CORRECT address *32742* and assist them in getting to where they need to be. Although this is a pain in the ass for everyone involved, it generally gets resolved without much BS. However, this last delivery was pure BS, I was chastised for "having put in the wrong address" by the person from the storefront that called me (as if I was the one who FK'D it up), and then the rude driver insisted that I "was rude" in letting him know that he was in the wrong place and hung up on me as I was giving him directions to the correct place. Again, even though this happens EVERY TIME, it has been easily resolved without the disgusting bunch of BS that I dealt with on this last delivery. WTF?
