I am shocked by the slew of bad reviews during the last few months! I live in Lafayette, and in 80026, we have one crappy, ridiculously overpriced dispensary, (1/4 oz of weed is over $100, by the time you are out the door! More than the black market!!! and they ask for it with a straight face...). Conversely, Terrapin is fairly priced, (1/4 oz and a gram of concentrate runs me 1/2 what I would pay in Lafayette), I have never had a rude budtender, nor seen anyone treated rudely here, they give me a 15% Boulder County discount. I am pretty loyal to these guys, they always make me feel taken care of.

So, this is the only dispensary in the 80026 zipcode, and they rape you for it. I went in to price 1/4 of weed, (over $100! More than the black market!!!), and one gram of wax, which was $60. I laughed and left. At Terrapin Station this order runs me less than $80, out the door, (and they are just 15 minutes away, it is not like we have to take a ferry!) Today, I went in there for the first time since, just to buy a joint. It was $10.50, then they round up to the nearest five for a debit card, THEN they charge a $2.25 Atm fee. So they charge my debit card $17.75 for a $10.50 joint, and give me three bucks and change back. I ask the guy, "You could not round up to $15, after the $2.25? (I have to pull $17.75 out of my bank to buy a joint? Nobody else does it this way?!?!) He tells me, "That is the way it works here..." Right buddy, let me explain how consumerism works here, because, I will never, ever, ever be back to this overpriced, second-rate dispensary again. :(
