this order sat for an hour and a half saying received and then another hour saying order being packed. I called in to make sure the order was ready, they said it would be packed when I get there. I drive a half hour through traffic across LA to get there, the order is not only not packed, but they're out of the product. I get the system doesn't alway reflect that consistently, but I called in to make sure it was being packed and in stock. They didn't even finalize it or have it packed in the half hour it took me to drive, when they could have realize it was out and not wasted my time and gas.

I was actually on my was to a different shop when I realized this was right around the corner. Glad I went here instead! Was a little overwhelmed at the amount of different products they have here but only because I didn't have a lot of time to look around. They have a huge selection ranging from low to high prices, all of good quality strains. Their brownies are also very good! Will definitely be back to browse more, staff was friendly and helpful.
