I really want this dispensary to succeed, as I find the staff to be among the friendliest I have encountered at any Baltimore area dispensary. That being the case, I offer the following advice: (1) Post your menus and deals on Weedmaps and Leafly. These websites are where most of us go to find what we need. By refusing to post on those sites, you are losing many potential customers. (2) Allow calls to be made to your dispensary directly, rather than refusing to provide any local number and instead routing all calls to an out of state call center that handles all Mission dispensaries. Patients value a relationship with their local dispensary. If you create obstacles to that developing, they will look elsewhere. (3) Respond to messages and inquiries sent through the "contact us" portion of the Mission dispensary website. I have sent a number of messages in that manner, and have not once received a response. (4) Respond to the reviews posted here, so that patients will get the impression that you actually care about their concerns. These commonsense suggestions are hardly revolutionary. Indeed, they represent the norm for ALL other local dispensaries. My friends, you are currently the lowest ranked dispensary on Weedmaps in the Baltimore area, and it is time for you to change. If not, I fear you will not survive in this highly competitive market. P.S. - after this review was written, you changed your policy and began posting your menu on Weedmaps. Your responsiveness in this regard is greatly appreciated.

My first time visit, today, was a most positive one. Parking was ample, and check-in was a breeze. Without exception, all of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The budtender was knowledgeable and eager to assist. There is a great (25%) discount for first time visitors, and discounts also for veterans, seniors, and pediatric patients. The Curaleaf disposable vape pens -- smooth, deliciously flavorful, and priced economically at $25 -- are a real treat. And tomorrow's 710 deals, including 50% off on all concentrates, can't be beat. All in all, highly recommended!

While I do think they would be better off posting their menu on Weedmaps (and have told them so), MIssion Hampden is apparently bound by a general corporate policy prohibiting such posting (a policy applicable to all Mission dispensaries), and the full menu and online ordering are in any event available on the iheartjane website and on this dispensary's own website. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, its regular prices are generally the lowest around, often lower than the "sale" prices of many other dispensaries -- today, for example, I purchased a 50 tablet pack of a new and balanced product, Kalm 1:1 (CBD/THC) Black Cherry Tablets with Melatonin (superb for sleep inducing and sleep enhancing) for $32; the same product sells for $50 at Blair, and for $46 at Maggie's and Pure Life Wellness. The dispensary is attractive, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there is a varied and balanced product selection, and Storehouse offers a rewards program, discounts for seniors and veterans, onsite parking, and efficient online ordering for fast pickup. P.S - two days after I posted this, Storehouse raised its price on the Black Cherry tablets to $42, a whopping 31% increase! They can now be purchased less expensively at Blair Wellness on Thursdays and Sundays, when Blair offers 30% off on all ingestibles. If this is Storehouse's way of saying "thanks for the amazing review" (as expressed below), they clearly need a refresher course on how to express gratitude.

To cite one example: your "deal" today on Weedmaps, breathlessly punctuated by multiple exclamation marks, offers Willie's Reserve 1:1 Cartridges for $65, when these same cartridges can be purchased at the everyday price of $50 at multiple local dispensaries. Check out the prices of other dispensaries and reevaluate. P.S. - you may want to pretend that you care about what your customers think by responding to the string of negative comments or, even better, by making obviously needed changes to your business.

Go to this dispensary's own website (kipcan.com) and you will see that they have lots of great products that are not yet revealed on this Weedmaps site, including Verano balanced tablets and troches and the excellent series of Healer tinctures, all at very competitive prices. I have informed the dispensary of this problem with Weedmaps, and they have indicated they are trying to remedy it. By the way, seniors get a 20% discount on all products every day, and this dispensary accepts CanPay debit for cashless payments.
