While our dispensary brand is a corporation, each store is independently owned and operated, which gives each individual store a bit of its own personality with variations of menu items. The call center can transfer your call directly to our store as well to speak to an in-store staff member. You are right, our staff is almost always bubbly and warm. The absence of this usual ambiance during your visit is an anomaly as we just experienced a tragedy within our Mission family. Regardless, your experience should not be affected by outside variables and it is our intention to provide an unparalleled experience for our patients. Pertaining to the online order queue, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are working on implementing a solution to eliminate confusion from our operating system that brings up the queue; however, it's important to note that we will only prioritize an online order over a patient already waiting in the lobby if that patient is new and being entered into our systems, otherwise, this would upset those patients currently in the queue. We're glad you appreciate our reimbursement program; also, don't forget about our loyalty program ($250 spent = $50 credit) and refer-a-friend bonus (once friend makes purchase at store, you and your friend earn 100 points = $20), which should more than compensate for the lower discount for our Seniors. Onto the selection of balanced products - when observing the online ordering menu from our website, the balanced products are difficult to find with the search options, which we will look into correcting asap. The in-store menu would show that we currently have 7 flower strains, 2 pre-roll, 13 cart strains, and several balanced tincture options as well. Finally, when we are busier than usual, the positions of our staff may appear confusing from the outside, but we have a deliberate flow of operations where our patient consultants help the flow of patients from the queue and into the lobby to help fill your shopping carts and thus reduce the work load from our staff at the register who help fulfill your order and apply the appropriate discounts. This creates a more personable experience rather than walking straight to a cash register for a transaction (unless you fulfilled an online order, of course). To clarify, we spend the resources to staff a toll-free support center to better serve your needs while we are serving patients in-store, and the call center can transfer the call over to us at any time.
