Twice in the same week my order was not able to be delivered. Nothing was offered the first time, 2nd time I was offered a promo product. Both times no notification of confirmation of order, and no notice of no delivery until it’s too late to get medicine elsewhere. I work 70 hours a week and I try to set up delivery when I am home. I use this service one or twice a week and I tip well so this is highly disappointing. I want consistency and understanding with my service. Once in a while, I can understand but to not go above and beyond after failure the same week.. it seems like I should start exploring other services. Really disappointing
