Normally I don’t write reviews for anything, but I couldn’t help but be drawn to writing this. First and foremost none of the employees were rude in the slightest, they were very kind. I made my order right before 4pm, received confirmation shortly after from James with a notice of 4 orders being ahead of mine, understandably it is a Friday so I expected it them to be busy. An hour after, I received a text from a different driver (Jessie) who stated he had my order now with a few orders ahead still. It was a total of 3 hrs and some change that I was waiting. I understand there are many factors that play into delivery times but this just seems a bit excessive. To whoever is managing please find a better system to suit your drivers who are making these trips and for paying customers to at least receive their orders in a reasonable time frame. I wish I could say this was the only instance but it happened before with my first time ordering from them sometime last year.
