They have cutoff times they forget to mention
I'm sitting here waiting for my delivery for 3 hours...so I call them to find out what is going on. "Oh you ordered at 5 PM...our cutoff time for your area is 4 PM..." WHY DIDN'T YOU MENTION THAT WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER??? LOSERS.
