Please if you’re out of product just say so and the customer can have the chance to order something that they want. Especially because of the different strains and different tastes of each product, when delivery is involved a heads up that the product is out would be fair.

Everything was great except...

I placed an order at night so I got my delivery the next day at around 6pm. My total was around $168. Communication was great & the delivery driver was quick & efficient. I gave $180 & let the driver keep the rest. Everything was there, except I paid $40 for a 1g pod of Watermelon Z Live Resin from Stiiizy, which instead they gave me a .5g for. I called customer service, the lady on the phone was nice, & told me they'd sort it out. I was told to not open the packaging & that they'd get a delivery sent out to me the next day, to swap out the .5g pod for the 1g that I paid for. That was almost a week ago & I haven't gotten any deliveries or heard from them since. All the other items in my order were fine though. I don't even want the delivery to be made anymore. So it sucks that since the only method of payment is cash, that I can't even be reimbursed for the item I didn't receive, & instead charged for the item they gave me.

I left a bad review for greenstone because I kept ordering online Nd was being told they never received my order so I had to place the order again and had to wait even longer when they arrived they had two orders and instead of someone seeing my review and being concerned and making sure it don’t happen again I got a call and a email from the owner being spoke to in a way I didn’t like or appreciate. I also received a email he’s rude and got an attitude with me for his employees screw up . Not mine instead of him apologizing for what happen he made me feel wrong and that wasn’t ok
