Palm Bay grand opening. About 75-100 people waiting outside once they opened up for business. They had coffee, donuts and a swag bag with cool stuff for the first 100 customers. Grand opening special was 40% off everything plus they had a prize wheel to spin once you went back to complete your order. Pleasant people working very hard so excellent customer service overall Hopefully, they will quickly expand their products available to give patients more choices. Zero complaints thus far but as with all new MMJ businesses...time will tell if they stand behind what they sell and do right for patients with regard to product defects.

Been going to vidacann since they opened. The manager and her staff are always friendly and I have never waited for more than a minute. The staff has actually called me when my favorite products are in stock, and if they were more consistent with having their products, this would be in the running for best dispensary in Brevard. I have even seen this locations staff and management contributing to community events. As a local, I like to support business that support the communities they have been provided the opportunity to be successful in. Their Mandarin Cookies concentrate might just be the best in the business. The price needs work though. Their flower has consistently gotten better, and the strains are top notch. All in all I think Vidacann is becoming something great.

Got a call from from the manager that concentrates were in. That is quality customer service. Tried the indica and sativa. Indica is priced accordingly with market. Sativa is a bit more than I’m accustomed too. Reminded me more of live resin, honey oil, or sap, but wow is the medicine top notch. Tests higher than any other concentrate I have tried, and the taste and affects were amazing. Also tried the new flower cup Duct Tape. It is outstanding. Great customer service. 5 stars.

After waiting for a long while to get a certain product, I finally bought some and was very surprised at the quality. I have tried all the different dispensary’s and this place rates up there with the first dispensary in Orlando, Knox Dispensary. The product is very good and very smooth. The staff are very nice and very helpful. CBD product is good as well. I’ll be a regular customer now.

Stopped into VidaCann after seeing Sipes review. I live near and didn’t even know they opened. Another example of the benefits of using this app. The staff was friendly and the wait time was non existent. One of the nicer locations of all of the dispensaries with ample parking in a lot that doesn’t make you feel like your in a back alley. They were unfortunately out of a majority of their products due to the 25% off for Labor Day and their grand opening. Grabbed a Strawberry Cough 300 pen. I have to say it is one of the better vapes I have tried with MTC. The vape is smooth and the flavor is fantastic. Unlike some of the other vapes I have tried, it appears to be slow vaping as well which is a plus in my book. So far so good with their products, and I highly recommend you stop in to try their products. Please keep in mind that all FL products are overpriced, so their pricing is comparable to our market.

I thought the flower was somehow gone from them. today they proved me! they had flower at 24% thc, like the old flower [03-2019) it is super great. the staff are so nice and helpful, everytime. my faith in vidacann just got renewed. I hope I can try some of their new strains. I was gonna get more but wanted to give others a chance to get some, I know how hard it is to get the meds that work for you and how annoying it can be when some just say "sorry,no flower today". yay to vidacann in palm bay and the staff are the best

The tincture from ViddaCann has been absolutely amazing, I was wounded while deployed to Afghanistan and suffered multiple broken bones and have a severe TBI the capsules and the tincture combo along with my magical butter machine has significantly improved my quality of life. Not a huge selection and the Duct Tape flower is rarely in stock but overall this dispensary is awesome and the staff is super nice 👍 not to mention the place is 5 minutes from home!!

I’ve been a customer here as soon as I heard about them. I try the other dispensaries but keep coming back here. I’m a huge fan and promote them whenever I can. I love that their products are grown in Jacksonville. I’m still hoping one of their dispensaries will open closer to me, but in the meantime I will continue to make the trip. I want them to succeed.

i love vidacann they were nice from day 1.they have lab tested products and are the best vape cartridge ive ever used. they do not leak.compared to EVERY other one, Vidacann is my best choice considering comfortability while there, quality, and price,they are #1,and ive tried ALL products but epidermis [skin balm and such.] vidacann has CHAOLLETES WEBB brand. I have had my card since the Medical Marijuana came into Florida. Each time a new store opened I would visit it to see what the products where like. Each store has its own “Personality” as far as products. I think Vida has the BEST VAPES. They are the smoothest and unlike every other Dispensarys vape is Harsh and a after awhile it irritates my throat. People who have not tried the vape here rave about Vidas smoothie vapes once they try it. The Tinture isn’t tasty but that’s why I try different products at different stores. Try it. I think you’ll agree.

Vidacann has been a little more under the radar than some dispensaries. It’s located right off I-95 in Palm Bay, so easy in and out. Products match up with any other dispensary out there. They don’t have a big variety of medical cannabis products, but they are growing their offerings. The vapes are very good: Strawberry Cough - Sativa, OG Kush - Hybrid, Pakistani Chitral Kush - Indica. They just started a flower product, flower pods of Duct Tape - Hybrid. It is top notch! Best Medical Flower I’ve had yet. They also have a new concentrate. It’s a honey like extract. Very sticky, just a little viscous. They currently offer Pakistani Chitral Kush - Indica & Strawberry Cough - Sativa. Tried the Chitral Kush, very nice. A good sleep prep. They also have a full line of Smith Brothers Charlottes Web CBD available. I believe these are hemp based products though, since the come from Colorado. They also have capsules and tinctures. I haven’t tried these, but another customer mentioned they generally have some harder to find capsules. Friendly staff, great products, and they’re a Florida company out of Jacksonville. It’s definitely worth a visit.

Flower is ok at best. Flower is dry and nothing worth writing home about. trulieve has best flower in melbourne, sadly. would love to try MUV in orlando!

went to this dispo yesterday. I got a the pakisitani kush and gluball. the pakisitnani kush was SOOOO DRY. you can break it up for joints using only 2 fingers. the smell wasn't all that either gluball on the other hand was better. you could actually smell the strain (most fl med flower is very "green"smelling not cured right) smoked alright. for the price tho..... I wish it was some true craft cannabis.

I normally buy locally from Curaleaf, Surterra, and Trulieve, but thought I'd try VidaCann in Palm Bay, FL . I ordered online for pickup Pakistani Chtral Kush Distillate Syringe concentrate 1 G. After I picked it up, I noticed it was only 750 mg, rather than the 1000 mg that was advertised. I called a Linda, who I believe is the store manager. She acknowledged the discrepancy, but refused to make it right or adjust the price. I think the contrast between the other providers and this one is major, and suggest Buyer Beware!
